In Frank A. Hale’s 50 years of practicing Family Law, he has been honored to represent citizens of all occupations and professions. He has represented teachers, mayors, members city council, city officials, police officers, chief of police for divorce, child custody cases, and other family matter cases. Mr. Hale has sat as a master on family court bench, and gained tremendous experience and knowledge in connection with the following areas of family law. He have represented and counseled with thousands of citizens in regard of family law legal needs, including representing lawyers, judges, judges children, lawyers spouse, children, police chiefs, detectives, and peace officers. Due to his vigorous representation, and expertise, Mr. Hale settles approximately 90% of family cases without the need of going to trial.

CRIMINAL LAW

Mr. Hale has set as a municipal court judge and as a county criminal court associate judge.   He is very knowledgeable and has developed a very successful practice in the past 50 years.  Mr. Hale has represented thousands of citizens with felonies and misdemeanors, including protective orders, bond fortitude, probation revocations as well as the following.

Estate Planning

We know how important it is for citizens to have their estate planned prior to their death. We offer many documents that will help your love ones, once you pass. We offer wills so that your estate can be handled. Assuming that you know that your assets will go were they’re supposed to go. If you do not have a will, the state of Texas provides where your property will go, and you may not like that. We also provide medical power of attorney that will help your family make decisions for you that you may not be able to make. Also general power of attorneys, and living wills setting out whether or not you want to continue to live on life support. We also provide a do not resuscitate documents that will keep you from being on life support forever. These documents are set out bellow. For more information in detail, these documents will not only give you peace of mind once you execute them, but also your family will have peace of mind to know that you have made the choices ahead of time. After your passing, your will may have to be probated which we have done thousands of times. There are circumstances in which you may not have to probate your will.
