About Mr. Hale
Mr. Hale has lived in Pasadena for over 60 years and was raised by a single mother . He graduated from Pasadena High School, where he was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame. He received a football scholarship and married Donna, his high school sweetheart. They were married for over 50 years, and had two children, Kellie and Hollie. Hollie has her own law practice, and Kellie is Mr. Hale’s, office manager.
Mr. Hale worked his way through law school at a chemical plant, were he was a member of the the Oil, Chemical, and Atomic Workers Union and he served on the Constitution and Bylaws Committee. After graduating from South Texas Law School he was employed as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pasadena were he was also the City’s Prosecutor for the Municipal Court.
After leaving City of Pasadena, Mr. Hale went into private practice . Approximately 3 years after graduating law school, he helped defend a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) manslaughter case were the defendant failed a breath case which involved the first generation breathalyzer. The defendant was found not guilty. He was one of the first defense lawyers to be certified on the first generation breathalyzer. There after, he concentrated his practice on Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) cases.
During the following years he was very active in Civil Work receiving a certificate to the City of Pasadena Hall of Fame and the mayor naming January the 2th as Frank A. Hale day in the city of Pasadena.
In his professional career, he has represented and counseled with several judges, mayors, police officers, school teachers, as well as other professionals. He served as master for 308th Family Court for a short period of time while the Judge took a leave of absence. He also served as Associate Judge for all of the County Criminal Court’s at Law for several years.
He concentrates his practice on criminal, family, estate planning, and probate.
