On September 1st, 2021 visitation in Texas was changed. Parents under the new law will have more visitation with their children.

Many grandparents do not know that in certain situations they can be awarded visitation rights. grandparents sometimes can even be granted custody of their  grandchildren. Mr. Hale has counseled many grandparents concerning these rights. The state of Texas has set out in the family code, sections 153.431, 153.432, AND 153.433 concerning these MATTERS.
