Mediation

Most courts in Harris County require mediation in contested cases before trial. Some courts require Mediation before all temporary hearing’s in contested cases.   

Mediation is a process were the parties get together with a trained mediator and their attorneys in an attempt to settle their case. once you reach an agreement and it is signed, neither person can withdraw their agreement. Your attorney must be a skilled trial attorney in this process to settle your case. Mr. Hale has mediated hundreds of cases to the clients satisfaction. He has settled approximately 90% of the mediations that he has been involved in.
