Mr. Hale has set as a municipal court judge and as a county criminal court associate judge.   He is very knowledgeable and has developed a very successful practice in criminal law during his past 50 years. 

Mr. Hale has counsel with thousands of professional’s and blue collar workers concerning felonies, misdemeanors, protective orders, bond fortitudes, and probation revocations.

Mr. hale has been highly honored to have represented and counseled in criminal matters with judges, judge’s children, police officers, mayors, court personnel, court bailiff’s, lawyers, lawyer’s children, doctors, nurses and blue collar workers.
